Encapsulation Resins

2 part resin systems that are designed to protect and insulate printed circuit boards and electronic components from the threats of hash and challenging enviroments including moisture, vibration, thermal or physical shock and general contamination. By encapsulating the entire device, resins can form a complete barrier against such environments offering superior performance under extreme conditions.

UR5604 - Black, high performance PU resin, especially formulated for potting and encapsulating. UL approved, operating temperatures: -50oC-130oC. Technical Data Sheet

SC3001 - Optically clear, elastic silicone resin with excellent resistance to yellowing and to UV light. Ideal for use in led applications, operating temperatures: -60oC-200oC. Technical Data Sheet

UR5562 - Optically clear, semi-rigid PU resin, ideal for potting led. Good resistance to yellowing when exposed to UV light, high resistance to scratch, water, acids, alcalis, suitable for a range of environments, operating temperatures:  -40oC-120oC. Technical Data Sheet

Conformal coatings

Conformal Coatings are designed to protect printed circuit boards (PCB) and related equipment from their environment. Typically applied at 25-75μm, these coatings ''comform'' to the contours of the board allowing for excellent protection and coverage, ultimatelly extending the life of the PCB.

They have approvals UL, MIL, IPC-CC-830. There is a range of acrylic, silicone, polyourethane and hybric materials.
