Araldite 2013-1 is a two component, metal coloured low shrinkage epoxy adhesive. It is thixotropic and will fill voids and crevices with good environmental and chemical resistance. The Araldite 2013-1 is suitable for bonding metals, ceramics, glass, rubber and rigid plastics.
Suitable for vertical applications and able to bond mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass, galvanised steel, ceramics, glass, rubbers and rigid plastics.
It will take approximately 17 hours of cure time at 10°C to reach lap shear strength greater than 1MPa. It will take 27 hours at 10°C to reach lap shear strength greater than 10MPa.
The product is available in grey and beige. Araldite 2013-1 is a load-bearing adhesive for engineering and industrial applications.
This product is a direct replacement for Araldite 2013.
